Bloodblade07
Air Fortress is a shooting airplane kind of game, mixed with a side scrolling shooter game.
Your guy is Hal. No not from The Space Odyssey. Hal from this game. He's the Space Federation's 'best man'. It's not to bad of a game.
There are 8 air fortresses. Each on harder and more puzzling than the other. The first one you could beat in a minute, the second one in 3 minutes, and the 3rd one in 10.
The first part of a stage is Hal flying a ship that looks like the Great Sphinx of Giza to me. One hit and your dead. You also have to try to get the 'E' and 'B' bubbles for the second part of the levels.
The second part lets your roam more freely, and they give you the rocket launcher (but they call it the 'Crash Beam'. The reason you want the E tanks is because they are your health, and you could go all the way up to 999. The B tanks are your rocket launcher ammo, so sadly you cant annihilate the entire ship with your rocket.
Once you find your way up to the core of the ship, you find the battery, you destroy it and go the the next one.
It's really repetitive. 1.Blow up ship 2. Repeat step 1.
As the graphics go, there not bad. Most of the enemies are robots, but the game is about aliens killing the people of Farmel. Why not just put aliens in the levels?
Fun? Yeah... Awesome?! No...
